The reason is simple many women in this day and age still prefer men to lead or they support the patriarchy. Half of the US population is women. Then how is it possible that men still rule in terms of politics or leading the country?

You still have to look at the state legislation, who is coming up with new ideas and rules, what party you represent and if you will get re-elected or not next term. People are simply so focused on the federal government that they forget about their state government.

For that you have to read the entire constitution. States have the right to decide this, at least that's what the supreme Court said. So, that's what we have now. Unless, Congress people come together make it law it will remain like this.

The biggest problem With DEI is the name. Whoever came up with the name is an idiot. DEI should have been a part of the Equal Opportunity not a separate organization. Why couldn't they just say to give everyone opportunity equally including the minority, and say they are part of the family as well.
