Where I work (healthcare) they have to go thru HR to get in, need to be escorted by security, show their warrant, and security calls legal to meet them.
Not surprisingly, we haven’t had any issues.

The target audience for the MAGA show loves to see an “uppity” minority brought down—both figuratively & literally.
