I love when that happens!

The first two are super fun games. 11/10 would doom humanity again by unleashing monstrosities.

A modified version of the Farmhouse Siege from Princes of the Apocalypse is one of my favourite ways to introduce new players to D&D, and I've run it... 4x now I think? It's a blast every time.

Same. I'm a little less than that but pretty close and it feels unmanageable some days. I kind of miss being at like 300, honestly.

I get pretty suspicious about the motives of anyone with more than like 5000 folks they follow.

Emulation gaming is honestly kind of the best for a lot of older titles. so many are nearly impossible to find.

I enjoy both birds and crime so it's perfect.

TIL Itch is apparently written in Lua. (I went looking for if they have a careers page and they don't, but it did lead to this other interesting discovery)

This could apply to the US without any tweaking and still be only slightly less valid.

I assume auto-correct auto-wronged you. I didn't know that, but it makes a lot of sense and gives me something to think about. I have prompts about sewers/disposal in worldbuilding, but outside of one specific area I haven't developed that much in my own setting. Might be a fun session idea though!

I spent 3 days researching ancient Roman salt mines and threading that research into my world all for for a session I never ended up running and do I regret that? NO, it was super fun and since I set all my games in the same shared world, it'll come up eventually... maybe.

Seems so - looking at the low/high average before and after every spike of 'Tasky' does support that.

Absolutely. Wasnt sure which keyword was of interest so I added them all.

I read this noticeably faster than I typically read, which is already decently fast... that's so cool.

I actually tell my kids this all the time; Turning what you love into your job rarely works out well. I've seen so many folks burn out completely on their passion doing this. So I tell them to do something they like, and fund what they love. I like programming. I LOVE ttrpgs. I don't work in ttrpg

Step 1: Subcontract to another adventuring party Step 2: Practice sad and surprised faces about their fate Repeat as necessary.

The world vibes in RIG are so cool, and this definitely feels like it'd fit in amazingly. If you ever complete that someday-project I hope I see it!

I wouldn't listen to AI audiobooks if they were fucking free, I'm absolutely not going to pay for that nonsense. ...I need to look into getting a DL of my audible library if that's possible and cancelling I guess.

Fiasco had a Home Alone moment of "I made my sister disappear!" When he couldn't find her I assume 😂
