Not with this material, while its breathable, i can't imagine how you'd clean it of sweat and other stuff we produce overnight. These are relatively thin by comparison, and some soapy water can get through (most of) it to get it to a point if clean that I'm happy with.

You gotta keep them alive! Most just need new capacitors and a floppy drive belt. I have a couple of MSX, they work as if they were brand new =) I replaced the transformer on one of them so it can into our outlets, no converter needed. Just needs practice and a healthy respect of electricity!

Though biological vs mechanical means not mecha 🤔 But EVAs are considered mecha... but they have bio +mecha parts... so are technically cyborgs 🤔
