Mayor bass scapegoats lafd chief Kristin Crowley for palisades fire. Imagine a fire bomb sitting close to a Los Angeles community and the mayor, the board of supervisors, the governor and the federal government just ignore the danger. That is what occurred in palisades and Malibu and altadena.
