🚨 With the CEOs of 12 major aid orgs, we are making an urgent plea: let us do our jobs. Every single person in Gaza is relying on humanitarian aid to survive. That lifeline has been cut off since a blockade on all aid supplies was imposed by Israeli authorities on 2nd March.

@dj-acid-reflux.bsky.social Books received this morning - cheers Tom!

If politicians on both sides of the house can go out of their way to avoid even saying "Brexit", should we be the slightest bit surprised that the IEA will go out of their way to avoid admitting to being cheerleaders for "Brexit"?

Today, the world mourns the passing of Pope Francis. He inspired millions, far beyond the Catholic Church, with his humility and love so pure for the less fortunate. My thoughts are with all who feel this profound loss.

I wonder if there will ever come a day when a certain someone will look at that staged photograph of herself with a glass of wine in one hand, puffing on a cigarette and a look of pure gloating... ...and wonder if by trolling her critics, she might have fucked up in the court of public opinion.

An elderly holocaust survivor confronts ICE and Tom Homan. His bravery after what he has experienced and endured shows his incredible indomitable spirit even the Nazis couldn’t crush. #MomSky

If it looks like austerity, it quacks like austerity, and it waddles like austerity, it’s austerity.

I know I post a lot of Cornish sunsets, and I hope it isn’t boring. I do it in the hope it offers people a moment of calm. I took this a few summers ago in Carbis Bay. Pause for a moment and drift away on the warm breeze. May it soothe you from any anxiety. Rest well, my friends. 😊 #nature #peace

@mrjamesob.bsky.social This will blow your mind! I guess in one way we’re not surprised, but seeing it in black and white….(excuse the pun!)….but WOW!😮 #humanrights #justice

It is especially remarkable that Catey Sexton made this film while dealing with her own profound grief. A moving and important film. ❤️

I became a father this weekend and it’s an amazing feeling. I don’t intend to share a bunch of photos of my kid because that’s a choice I want to leave to them both for privacy and autonomy. I don’t mind sharing this because it’s my experience too; one I’ll never forget. I waited ten years for this.

Remembering Patrick Troughton on his birthday. To me, he was magical and embraced everything about the programme. I feel he made Doctor Who what it is today. He gave something of himself and that evolved across other incarnations. I love his characterisation and sense of fun.

Nothing like a late lunch, a nice cup of tea and @sturdyalex.bsky.social gently leading you by the ears into re-evaluating everything you thought you knew about mythology. An insightful education and a welcome distraction for an hour from everything else going on in the world right now..
