Yes, the first time I was at the Sanitary was in 1969. It was great back then. Southern Salt-run by a fisherman is in the old Captain Bill's place has better seafood. Sanitary could have improved in the last ten years since I ate there but I haven't heard anyone say something positive about it.

Used to be home. We lived on the shores of the White Oak River by Raymond's Gut from 2006-2021. Ofd age caught up with us and it was no longer safe for me to take our skiff out into the ocean or to kayak the two mile wide river so we moved inland February of 2021. More developed since we moved.
