Trump's popularity in the US is plummeting. The time is ripe for the UK and other countries, hosting US bases, to tell Trump to pack up those bases unless he reaffirms the USA's commitments to Ukraine and European security? It's time for Europe to be tough with Trump. Many Americans will cheer.
