My dad has been visiting, so there has been a lot of, "but how many sewing orders do you get per week on average?" and, "how much do you ACTUALLY make though?" so I'm currently feeling extremely down about the sewing thing. (Not much is the answer, lol)

This! In addition, there are people who view migrants as 'beneath' them, as lesser people. There can be no cruelty enacted that such people will consider enough. It's a vicious, downwards spiral of increasingly cruelty. And there will always be outgroups to target. The attitude itself needs to end.

I have continued watching Suits as sewing background. S1 was lots of fun, S2 was boring and full of unlikeable drama. (I did not care about Mike's gfs.) S3 is bizarrely stuffed with American caricatures of British people?? 😂 I really hate the title credits music.
