I really don't like to cry in public 🥲 but the injustice of Black Portlanders getting robbed of their generational wealth at the hands of our city was too much to bear. I'm so happy we unanimously increased the settlement payout from 2 to 8.5 million. It's NOT ENOUGH but still an important step. 🫶🏾
