Hola, did you change something in the steam settings of War of Velana? When I try to access the shop page, I receive a message about "not available in your country" (living in Germany). Happened maybe a month ago. Thought steam might have an issue, but it persists

Both are cool, the NA version is just doing Rolf really bad. He is supposed to be in his early 20s but looks like he is about to retire. Nei doesn't look much younger either

Getting started

The coolest special/secret promotion in the game (currently working on it in the Fairy woods, already got him to 31)

I remember watching my dad playing Phantasy Star 1 and Miracle Warriors. Besides being allowed to click around here and there, my real first experience on my own was prolly Ambermoon on the Amiga. Other than that, Secret of Mana stuck to my head - playing with 2 other friends in a team was nuts

Feels like half of that list has been lurking in my steam backlog for ages. Thanks for pushing me into finally playing them

Bad at making a poster and got no one to tag, but here are my 12 unfinished/unplayed games for 2025

Shadows of Adam by @somethingclassic.bsky.social Not too long, not too short, great humor and also pretty straight forward when it comes to game mechanics. Oh and it is in the typical Indie game price range

If you want to take a look at something similar, I can recommend "enchanted cave 2"

Lufia II (for being straightforward + the ancient cave) Breath of Fire 2 (had a crush on Nina as a kid) Shadowrun (for the atmosphere)

Hope that counts as high five

Ahh, thanks. Now I understand

Do they? I have Octopath Traveler on my wishlist since it is released. Hasn't dropped below 60€ since then (aside from Steam Sales). Feels to me, they are still expecting regular purchases, 5 years in

705 ;) Game looks great, so had to buy it

Skrill was/is a payment processor, comparable to Paypal and such. Only know about this one, because it was quite popular for online poker back in the day (it helped the poker rooms to disguise the payments)

Just found out about the gamepad configuration via Steam itself. Both games working with gamepad now and the buttons are at the locations I want them to be :) Thanks for pushing me into the right direction

Just tried the demo and apparently my gamepad isn't working at all :D Guess I should look for a driver at some point and reconfigure stuff there (or even get a new one)

Just started Shadows of Adam today and already like it. Quartet is a must-buy already <3 Are you planning to add gamepad reconfiguration to this one? My gamepad has a weird layout and now I'm stuck with the "Ok" Button being the top one

Dunno what a list does, but count me in. I see Phantasy Star and Shining Force in that picture

I tend to hit the like button more often on here. Dunno if I subconsciously want to promote people more to get a good start or if I'm just happy about this place and hit that button out of pure joy

Both. Loved my SNES games as much as stuff like Might and Magic
