like half a teaspoon stirred into a glass of water could help & u might be able to stomach it more. the water will also help move the churning along to get the stuff out of ur tummy & into ur intestines sooner

the sodium bicarbonate can help cancel the acid reflux knock back by lowering the pH in ur tummy without making u have to get the calcium for milk. pepto bismol would also work
