I'm old enough to remember conservative meltdowns over disabled ramps at street corners ("waste of taxpayer money") and disabled facilities on public buses ("wasteful spending by Socialist entities"). No, I'm not exaggerating. They have zero empathy for anyone outside their immediate family circle.

Wouldn't do well, at all. The A-10 is for in-your-face close-in air-support. But far too many Orcs have handheld SAMs. Hell, both sides are bringing down high-altitude jets that stray too low, so they keep their planes far from the fronts. An A-10 would be easy meat for some grunt with a SAM.
