I’m not sure if you are being snarky or not but I’ll answer as if you aren’t. We sell a calf for less than $5 a pound and they are getting grass fed beef that has no antibiotics, no hormones, was raised with care. So they get roasts, steaks etc for less than what a pound of ground beef costs.

This may be a good time to transition the farm into a direct to consumer model for our grass fed angus. We normally keep back only one or two to sell to someone who wants to buy a full or side of beef but it could be a safer option for people.
