If what you say is correct then Hazza. However I'm not really a lawyer and can't 100% understand the legal loopholes here.
Also if this guy is a conservative lawyer, I'm 50% suspicious of a betrayal on his part.

Remember, ICE has broken the law too many times and therefore has lost any right as a law enforcement agency. If you spot ICE personnel, place them under citizens' arrest. Detain them, just like the tens of thousands they've detained illegally.

People will not stop screaming "DO SOMETHING" until there is a full on Revolution, resulting in Trump and Musk ether imprisoned or dead. It's the only acceptable option. Anything else is just seen as a waste of time and effort.

If they attempt to arrest her, it is the duty of every citizen of New York to protect her. Kathy Hochul needs to be ready to deploy the National Guard and take on Trump. If they remove her they'll replace her with a Republican willing to burn the state to the ground as revenge for being Anti-Trump.

We need the DNC to set up an alternative press briefing room and have @petebuttigieg.bsky.social or someone with his comm skills hold a briefing daily. Include cool stuff like surprise guests (ex: Kimmel, Meyers, Colbert), kids citing patriotic poetry, marching bands....STEAL the attention!!

While decimating the Nazis and Klan wouldn't outright end their kind of bigotry, it would seriously deplete it's spread. The US would also need to take serious efforts to better educate people on identify these individuals and not falling prey to their methods of recruitment.

Federal Agencies, once vetted of their supporters, could then be sent in to clean up any remaining organized efforts by the Nazis or Klansmen. Without the ability to organize in public, or even in secret, both groups would quickly become a thing of the past.

The best course of action would to use Federal Law to ban groups like the Nazis and KKK, to better explain what qualifies as First Amendment Rights, which Hate Speech is not. With that in place, we could cripple organized efforts by these groups to undermined our democracy and country.

I can not condone someone randomly going into a house to shoot up Nazis. That would not only put the person doing so and innocent bystanders at risk, . It could used by their supporters to martyr them. But I would not condemn someone for beating up a Nazi caught in the act of attacking someone.

As it stands now, US law prohibits it. And it is understandable, as people are meant to be innocent until proven guilty. To properly deal with the Nazis in our mists would require oversite by agencies that are not compromised by their supporters or allies and understand the meaning and rule of law.

Any lawmaker... who even SUGGESTS this, should be expelled from politics and have Federal charges drawn up on them. The Nazis are the sworn enemies of peace and justice. Sworn enemies of everything the United States is meant to stand for.
