2 hour rage workout: weights, martial arts (focusing on Tang Soo Do rather than Mantis), bagwork, etc. RAGE. "Hi, guys! I love you! You two are such fun to hang out with! Miss you!" No, Mom, but I have no interest in Fascist Fridays with Family. I've seen what you are, delusional hypocrite.

Nothing energizes a workout like discovering that your entire birth family (and extended family) are Christo-fascists. I haven't rage-trained like that in a while, and I think I'll be doing it a lot more from now on. Weights, bag work, forms, rage howling. Repeat for 2 hours or so.

Ugh. Weather front moving in and I've been in pain all day. Ibuprofen and acetaminophen aren't helping enough, so I'm probably going to have a gummi and call it a day.

Being cheeky during a road trip.

I've been lax in my exercise routine, so I'm rededicating to it. Today I wore a 20 lb vest to my Tang Soo Do workout, and even wore my old white belt to remind me where I'm actually at physically. It was good. Tiring, challenging, but good. Nothing wrong with starting over for self improvement.
