I frequented a club in Newark De called Stone Balloon. Bruce Springsteen performed numerous times. I saw and shook hands with Chubby Checker there.

saw a lot in early 70's. Grand Funk Railroad, Deep Purple, Emerson, Lake and Palmer. Traffic, Beach Boys, Chicago, Yes, Rick Wakeman ( solo). Did I mention Led Zepplin in early '75?

Dude, I told my current wife he was the anti-christ before the 2016 election. And I'm an atheist. My second wife who died in 2015, used to see him in NJ casinos. She said he was hated by everyone there, and this was back in the 80's and 90's
