I agree 100% with this critique. It seems especially true of TV and radio... including NPR... and mainstream newspapers. Some of the web based and YouTube based outlets, even the ones that admit openly to a progressive viewpoint, do a MUCH better job of founding their reports on verifiable facts.

I'm no expert, but as I understand it, the Constitution gives Congress the power to determine the scope of jurisdiction of the courts, but only the Constitution, which has certain implicit common law basis, sets the POWERS of the Court. So this provision is likely UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
