Damning evidence of Starmer’s inhumanity and lack of a sense of justice. No wonder the Establishment rewarded him with a knighthood and that he gratefully bent the knee to accept. I left Labour when he stole the leadership but hoped that Labour would in most respects be better. He needs deposing.

The question is, does he think he will win over the Reform/Tory voters by doing this or does he genuinely believe that Britain should be a less free society governed by a ruthless “I say so” group of sponsored politicians? I tend to the latter. He offers no real choice.

For those of you who don’t know, Smooth Fox Terriers were the first breed recognised by Crufts but are now so rare that they are on a special list of threatened breeds, with only around 100 registered births each year. Such a sad fate for an English traditional dog.

Our first, Leo (left above) came to us just before my wife was diagnosed with cancer and helped brighten our lives. He later toured with us in our campervans around Europe, winning hearts. But the love of our lives was Patsy (top right and below) taken too early by cancer, and adored by all.🧵
