Old, knackered but still on the road.
Spend winter in bricks these days.

One of my 'Go to' people on here even if just to see what you're up to or read your more 'political' stuff.

New set of exercises to concentrate on that area and same time next week then.
They are thinking of some sort of scan as well but will get back to me on that one.
One step forward.... Two steps back
Bit pissed off but it is what it is.

Three people stripped me down to take a good look and agreed there is an issue there in the musculature but the implant has not moved.
Can't even lift the left leg from prone now without massive muscle tremors, quite funny to watch actually.

Just the physio next Friday and then barring any major catastrophe it looks like I'm kind of fixed...
Thanks all for being there to read my rants over the last six weeks and the amazing advice a lot of you came up with, here's to the right hip being done in 18 month to 2 years hopefully.

Went shopping and to MOT station in truck to sort a couple of appointments (I get a blind paper MOT so issues are sorted before it goes on the system).
Forgot the blue badge so long way to shops in a packed car park. Sort of managed but going to have to remember the blue badge for parking closer.

Did manage to make the tyres on the Pick-Up roughly round though and in a fit of stupidity climbed in and drove the truck round the block.
I managed but would want to drive too far yet so back to nursing the bloody new hip a bit longer then.

Still a bit painful moving in certain directions and strangely my left knee now hurts like hell, perhaps I never noticed it before over the hip pain.
Maybe it's something to do with angles being changed with the new hip and this straining the slightly knacked knee a bit?

Be interesting to see if I can drive easily given it's the clutch leg that has had the new hip installed.
Have to crack that one as truck needs an MoT by end of January. The blue one in the picture up top.

That was brutal but worth the pain.
Released with just a walking stick, crutches are gone.
Not too bad for 5 weeks since they installed the new hip.
One more physio appointment then think I'm on my own.
