Are there any barriers in Fredericton South to front-yard or back-yard micro-scale farming? Does a passive greenhouse need a building permit? Can I rip out my lawn and plant veggies? Chickens in the city?

This is impacting winter cycling clubs, cross country ski clubs, downhill skiing, snowmobile clubs, etc. It is resulting in people spending less time outside during the winter months when that time benefits both physical and mental health.

Skier here. January is now a marginal month for the last several years. Any long-term trend data looking at the rain/snow ratio during the winter months? Fredericton.
