Eating healthy means cooking from scratch or reading labels. Also young children have simple tastes. My son ate pasta with cheese, crispy taquitos, and (the bad stuff) chicken nuggets from Costco. Instead of standard sodas we had fruit soda. Dessert was not a regular thing as I recall.
