Local government is the problem. Countries overseas that allow genocide are responsible. Taxpayers don't have pay anything once the fraudulent income taxation system is abolished.🇺🇸

Taxpayers shouldn't pay for that either. Health care is suppose to be free anyway and not at the taxpayers expense. Cosmetic surgeries(unless physically life threatening) isn't a necessity.
