My cat Wraith has decided he's had enough of the 2 small dogs who live next door. Now whenever he goes outside, he taunts them through the fence, driving them insane. He doesn't growl, hiss, or make any other cat fighting noises. He just gets poofy and whacks at them through the chain link fence.
