Frozen vegetables are my go to when I am in Belgium. They are cheap and readily available. It Türkıye vegetables are very cheap. I go to the market for 10 euros and I have enough fruits and vegetables for a week.

It's gorgeous in a pineapple shell! 🍍But I used frozen pineapple in this dish; otherwise, I rarely miss an opportunity to stuff a fruit or veg😋

#MakeAhead Miso Soup: Add cooked or thawed veg, tofu, ginger/garlic, 1-2TB miso paste to #MasonJars. Serve: add hot water, cover, rest 3min. 🔺Prevent thermal shock: ALWAYS pre-warm jar a bit before adding hot water to contents by allowing it to sit 20 min or hold jar under warm water. #VeganFood

The best miso broth is made with kombu (kelp) and bonito flakes (🐟) or dried shiitake. But, there is nothing wrong with mixing miso paste with water. Boost flavor with ginger, garlic. Balance frozen veggies with fresh, like green onions, greens, shaved red cabbage. #VeganFood #ClimateKind #WFPB
