I fucking hate being fear-mongered. Fuck Cuomo for a million reasons, but fuck him especially today for implying Zohran Mamdani hates the Jews so I'll vote against not only my own self interest, but the interests of the entire city.

Textbook stories on CRM focus on segregation. But a bigger issue was daily, random, brutal violence against all African Americans and white allies.
Students need to learn that history -- to see the 🧵& learn how to organize for change.

I def agree that white ppl should be putting their bodies on the line but I don't think leading people into slaughter will help. LAPD is firing on peaceful protesters as we speak. Jan 6 ppl didn't get killed bc they were on the side of the fascists.

Two things: 1)It's illegal to block people on social media if you're an elected official. It's literally a crime. 2)It's #NoKings day. Why aren't you and other electeds out marching with the rest of us? This isn't about party. It's about our supposed democracy with supposedly real representation.
