👀 1989 commercial for "The Pee-Wee Store" by JC Penney. I'm pretty sure it's choreographed by Toni Basil. I don't know The Residents super well- but this sure sounds like them. & does John Paragon do the voice over? Clothes were designed by Paul Reubens & feature Gary Panter's art. tiny.cc/905o001

I know California when I see it! Unidentified Polaroid of a little girl. The MoMA says 1959 but it's clearly not: she's sitting on a 1966 Dodge Polara, & the car in front of the '58 Mercury Parklane on the left looks like a '64 Chevy. Pretty sure I had these same sandals when I was small.
