This was in the 1970s, and the clauses were no longer enforceable, but it woke me up. Today, it should seem insane to have that included in sales contracts. I hate the blatantly ignorant empowered by this administration.

My android beta won't allow me to see all of your replies to continue to read your grandpa's entire story...or like the additional replies. I do remember being shocked and horrified to learn a lot of home sales contracts had clauses that stated new owners couldn't sell to minorities.
