It's annoying for sure! Especially when it's big groups of people and they start getting rowdy 😅 I'm not a smoker but I think if smoking isn't allowed drinking shouldn't be either!

He's very special, my guess is it was upside down, but kinda laid on a rock he crawled underneath and then somehow moved it so he couldn't find a way out.. he is such a weird lil guy he's completely fine just a lil red nose from trying to get himself out!
