The idea that you need to be "this famous to get published" is such ass. Sentiments like these from publishers make me want to raze the industry to the ground. "We don't deserve nice things, we only deserve the same status quo over and over and over and over and over and over."

When I first started, I was advised to write complete stories, such as one-shots and anthos, to show readers and editors that I could start and end a story. Now, I'm working on a longer-form series. Creating worlds and plotlines is fun, but I enjoy characterization the most! More on this soon!
