I have two answers:
1. The Fallout show. It treated the game and its lore with respect while still managing to be inclusive to people entirely new to the IP: A rare feat for video game adaptations
2. Concord. Its complete failure on launch is hilarious and hopefully a wakeup to the AAA developers
