Thank you @nancylevinestearns.bsky.social for making sure people remain informed. This is important, and much appreciated, work. #DEI is not going away. The reasons are simple. It is good for employees, for customers, for shareholders and for business.

It seems where companies allow a shareholder vote, anti-DEI initiatives are being overwhelmingly rejected. Boards would do well to keep in mind their fiduciary duties to shareholders before caving in to back away from #DEI. Shareholders want profits, not politics bsky.app/profile/outn...

Followed all! This is the best way I can learn to be a better ally! I've learned the importance of speaking up when the opportunity arises. Silence is misinterpreted as agreement. I'm no longer silent around 'joking' comments.

A decision to maintain inclusion support in workplaces will be increasingly seen to be smart business in coming months and years. More people support respecting other people's differences than oppose it. Capitulating to the loudest, bullying voices in the short term will weaken longer term results.
