Consider: It became clear in court that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was mistakenly sent by ICE to El Salvador terrorist prison. They knew he'd likely be murdered by a gang. The Supreme Court, knowing all this, did not order anyone including Garcia, sent home. Are they withholding that people are dead?
