Yeah, they typically fly this route to make sure that Denmark fulfils its obligations under the Helsinki Convention to check for spils, as far as I understand.

I believe it would be the Royal Danish Navy, since they have the Coast Guard authority in Denmark.
For inspections, DMA (Danish Maritime Authority) would be the ones.
When Falcon first entered DK waters, the Navy did show some interest. Maybe they had a chat with, and got convinced by Falcon. 👇👇
