When the edibles kick in.

My favorite commentaries are to older movies where the filmmakers had had some time away from the making and can not only be honest but the time between give them much more interesting perspective than if it’s recorded shortly after locking the picture.

Yes that makes sense in the whole scope of society but in a binary choice, “at least they aren’t Trump” IS legitimate.

Why the hell would you want to admit that?!

As someone born at just the right time to be a fan of the originals & still young enough to see the prequels as they came out to have nostalgia for the time but still recognize those movies aren’t good I can’t help but roll my eyes at those who think reevaluation won’t come for the sequel trilogy.

These people seem to think Kevin Feige himself is going to movie theaters with a gun forcing anything that’s not a MCU movie out of the building.

I have seen every Star Wars movie released in theaters (even Original Trilogy if you count Special Edition) except for the animated Clone Wars movie.

I had always heard it was Frank Oz idea for that speech pattern based on his grandparents.

As a society we really need to get over this idea that OnLy OnE pErSoN cAn PlAy ThIs PaRt. Given the amount of actors that exist to assume there can’t be an actor who can also be excellent or perfect for a role.

That’s how you summon the ghost of David Lynch to return to this plane of existence to beat your ass in reverse.

People have been complaining and this is a way to make look as cool as the original’s design but different (Predator 2 for example) but most the films since seem to do little changes and make it look wonky in a way it didn’t back when Stan Winston was doing the effect.

I was amazed when I saw the original by just how much more pessimistic and harsh it was compared to the remake.

I truly don’t care one way or the other about the dilemma of that episode, I’m here purely for the memes.

Especially funny how he was an actor who actually wanted to be there and enjoyed the production but his does after one appearance but Harrison Ford and Alec Guinness kept getting brought back kicking and screaming. (Yes I know not literally, embellishing for comedic effect)

I’d vote for either Adventures in Dinosaur City (it’s on YouTube) or the Walking With Dinosaurs movies.
Feel like either one of those would give you interesting talking points.

So you went with the option that facilitated the Candidate you hated and who you knew would be and has been worse for Palestinians. Makes so much sense.

My wife was interested in what he was saying at first when he was starting to get some press coverage but as soon as I told her more stuff about him like his stances on vaccines and the brain worm she dropped that instantly and can’t stand him.

How exactly are we defining obsessed with Star Wars for this?

I move that we officially declare April 14th as Steamed Hams day.

But then what was the point of the “save. me” flashback? Did I just misinterpret that or misunderstand something?

“Help. Me.” And stuff which I thought meant there’s a decent human stuff in there currently overpowered by his dark side, id, whatever that the computer side has amplified. But then immediately afterwards and the conclusion seems to be saying Al is unsavable, bad to the bone, etc. I’m fine with that

In the new episode they do the whole thing with the ex being the bad guy, I got that and the message. The thing that confused me and maybe someone can clear it up for me. So the every 9 letters thing is the only way to talk without the robots listening. After the reveal they flashback to Al going

The only thing Bill Maher believes in is “whatever most other people are, I’m going to contrarian because it makes me feel smart.” Were just lucky he’s been against worse people for most of his career so it was harder to notice.

Isn’t that the quote they used to say Warner Bros was beginning early pre production on Beetlejuice 3?
So which sequel is this quote actually referring to discussingfilm?

Alan Moore would disagree with you. As he puts it he’s NEVER written a single graphic novel, he writes comic books.
