Wearing the cage while sleeping definitely took me some getting used to - the first few times I did it was definitely not the best nights sleep. But after time I guess my body got used to it. Now I feel naked without a cage on 😅

Not knowing anything about the game my immediate assumption would be that the points are based on an elo system or something similar, where everyone has a numerical rating (which may or may not be visible to you) and based on the ratings of everyone in the match you'll get more or less points.
