Not having read every single spell, generally it looks like they have buffed healing spells and attempted to streamline spells that slowdown combat a ton with adding new creatures. Some other random tweaks in there that I don't really understand, but I assume something to bring them more "in line".

True Strike, which has been made fun of in 2014 for being absolutely useless, seems actually useful now! It lets you make an attack using your spellcasting ability and deals radiant(?) damage.

Spiritual Weapon now requires concentration but the damage scales a bit better. Honestly don't know which I prefer. It IS super nice to just throw out spiritual weapon and not have to worry about concentration with my current cleric.

Sleep has been reworked to be more like a two step save for petrification instead of based on targets' hit points.

Sending now allows the target to block additional sendings from the caster for 8 hours.
