Ah, unfortunately I got out super early. My opponent was great :)

If you really want to make a playable one, you should make it a mix of a manakete (Specifically an infantry one) and a pirate for water walking. Have its bases be low, but grow really bulky and strong really fast. The breath should either ignore defense or hit resistance.

It only spawns as an enemy in the Seabound Shrine as a rare enemy, although it appears in the post game Act 6 in a few maps where it uses Water breath (Which ignores defense and has 2-3 range) and Talons, a melee physical attack. Needless to say they earn their title as post game enemies.

Can you use the Jirachi to wish for more games?

As for building your own, we are going to assume they have Canto in all its glory, in which case give it a bunch of Strength and solid skill and luck. Instant good unit so long as the player can use it right!

Much of what I can say about the Arch Knight would be repeating what I said about the unpromoted Bow Knight from Path of Radiance, except they are at their best in these games due to Canto. However it does not have any other native skills like Pursuit or Adept.

I forgot to mention this class appears in Genealogy and Thracia 776! The Arch Knights in those games are: Midir, Lester, Deimne, Selphina and the fan favorite Robert. All of which promote to Bow Knight after. Midir and Lester are considered the best of themx Also #FEClassreviews

Probably an oversight or lucky coincidence, but also *chefs kiss* it works!

Awesome to hear! Remember to catch up on rest too!

For the romhacking section, I am assuming a promoted version. I think it should be less accurate than snipers, so build its strength, speed and defense OR resistance! You could add a good HP stat instead. Most official games love giving it high skill and luck, and nothing else usually.

Finally in Fire Emblem Engage, it is a promotion of Archer, requiring a talent in Axes, Lances or Swords. It loses Canto (As its an Emblem Skill), but gains Careful Aim, which gives a ton of accuracy if… you don’t move?? Wait this is the horse-high movement class right???
comment in response to post
Its generally considered the end of the class paths of: Bernadetta, Ashe and Shamir. Fire Emblem Heroes wants you to think its also Claude’s class but… thats very wrong.

In Three Houses it is a Master Class and a pinnacle of archery! It requires A rank in Bows and Horses and an additional C rank in Lances to Class Change. It natively has +2 range with bows, Canto, and Bowfaire to boost its damage. It can also dismount as needed! Apparently it also gets Defiant Speed

Bow Knight reappears in Fates in a similar way, giving Rally Skill but now Shurikenbreaker! In addition its a branched promotion of Outlaw and Mercenary, instead of Archer. Selena, a mercenary, is considered to have Bow Knight as her canon promotion in the DLC. Overall is better now.

The next time Bow Knight appears is Awakening as a branched promotion for Archer and Mercenary. It gives the Rally Skill and Bowbreaker! Oddly, while Virion and Gregor don’t get unique palettes, Severa and Noire do! However neither are considered their canon promotions.

Next in Path of Radiance, it became the unpromoted version of the Paladin, with its first character to start in the class: Astrid! Upon promotion to Paladin, it can gain an additional physical weapon. Radiant Dawn works similar, but unofficially promotes to Bow Paladin which only uses bows.

In Genealogy and Thracia, it is the promotion of the Arch Knight/Archer Knight. Its definitely better In Genealogy, but with full Canto outdoors, it can be a menace. In Thracia, they are the only unmounted cavalry to use Bows instead of the normal swords.

Fire Emblem Gaiden and Echoes has the most powerful iteration, being the 3rd tier of the Archer class, any male villager, Python or Leon can become one. With a hefty 5 range with bows and 8 movement, they can almost always target someone. However, they only use bows in this game.

Glad we are converting you to the chalk side :P

If you have the desire to stream, then I think you should. Just make sure you do it because you enjoy it :)

If you want to make your own version, I think the key is to emulate a mercenary and a Paladin. Movement, Speed and a dash of skill are perfect. It also works well with good HP, Strength or Skill. Giving it a high magic for magic swords could be fun too!

Each class prioritizes one thing firmly, they are fast and have stats similar to mercenary, and aside from Path of Radiance, they are mounted. In Thracia, when dismounted, they fight in a style similar to the swordfighters/mercenaries of those games too.

In Sacred Stones it is a rare class with only Neimi (The game’s sole archer) & Gerrick (The game’s sole Mercenary) able to promote into it. However, if you play the creature campaign, it is Hayden’s base class. Hayden being the parent of Innes and Tana. It has Canto like other mounted classes in GBA
