I tried to make the Cybernetics look like a mixture of Mammons and Vox's. You have the glowing nodes, which are much like Vox's stuff. Then you have the more simplistic, industrial looking limbs which Mammon tech seems to favor. The Vox tech is only on the original Bee, as Mammon produces the robots

I don't really understand where you're getting this from? The purpose of the show is not to accurately portray the Bible? The heaven episode also explicitly shows only Sera and Adam are in the wrong, it isn't the protagonists "epically taking down heaven!". It feels like we watches different shows.

This post comes across as though you're interpreting Hazbin as a personal attack. It's not, it's just an adaptation using biblical names as characters. Adam being a jerk is the point, this portrayal of him is supposed to be irredeemable. The rest of Heaven is explicitly shown to be good.
