Just wanted to pop in with something that helped me a lot in healing in mah brain. When havin those thoughts about, “I’m not good enough. I’m so ugly. They are so much smarter than me ect.” Imagine saying that to someone else, you would never! Treat yourself with the same respect you treat others.
