There were also textured brushes in the (very old) version of PT-SAI I'm using, but they were not flexible(?) and only feels like you're painting over an invisible texture that's fixed on the canvas so you can't exactly manipulate it the way you want to That's why I barely used them 🫠

I used to paint everything manually using the basic brushes in SAI so having all these textured brushes, other materials, and other convenient tools available in CSP... it makes me almost feel like I'm cheating 🤣🤣 I'm very thankful for them because it saves me time for a lot of things *not an ad 🫥

I'm just sad that I can't find any brushes in CSP that comes close to what I've always used in SAI even when I tried to calibrate existing brushes to achieve the same effect, I couldn't replicate it 🥹

PaintTool SAI 1 has been my friend for 8 years now but I needed to switch to CSP in hopes that I can improve my efficiency when I do. So far, its been p overwhelming given SAI had a much simpler layout. Although there were plenty of limitations with what it can do compared to CSP.

Sometimes I just forget that R1999 always incorporate gory elements in their story because they never show it visually and they only describe them in texts Makes me want to draw them myself but its also a big challenge because I would need to look for gory references to do it right
