Newsome, the more I think about your podcast the more I get frustrated. Originally, I thought hell ya. If it is like the Ron DeSantis debate, this will be exactly what is needed. After watching, what in the world are you thinking? Challenge your guests and show leadership or pls STOP immediately.

Wanting an unfair advantage is weird and gross.

Then make that your criticism rather than something only a few people actually disagree with. How cool does it feel to say get fucked? The luxury to virtue signal while in the real world there are drastic consequences for failure to understand what is important and how to win elections.

It is beyond stupid for you to think that people caring about fairness in sports is considered transphobic. You need to realize how extreme of a position that is and essentially equates to being a useful idiot for Republican propaganda.

Then don't talk politics. You clearly don't understand how it works nor seem to actually care about doing good, you just want to virtue signal online. There's literally zero utility to try to earn your vote when you have the maturity of an idealistic teenager. The real world is trench warfare.

Newsome, you need to do much better on your podcast. Fine to be agreeable but you need to make differences clear and compelling. I feel like you are just allowing them to use you and that's why all the YouTube comments are Trumpers praising you.

Pointing out unfairness*

Unfairness isn't anti-trans. Recognize who your real political opponents are as most people agree with Newsome on this. You don't have power and you need to learn to build coalitions.

I'm new to that platform, but this seems to be all mediums. Why are Dems so terrible on communications? Appreciate you carrying the torch!

What a piece of shit you are. I ask a valid question and you treat me like this. Way to be a royal cunt.

Why does everyone just assume that anyone they may not agree with is a fascist? The brain rot on the Left is alienating af. I read more and learned about the trickery going on but Dems are doing a piss poor job on communicating.

I can get behind being agreeable but where you disagree, you need to let it be a poignant point and not something always warmly casted as an aside. Newsome is normally pretty slick but I feel like he isn't shifting to the podcast host style quickly enough to justify inviting right-wing populists on.

Remember this is who your political opponents are. Not people that recognize unfairness when it comes to sports. Wake the fuck up unless you truly don't give a shot about winning power.

Yep, perfect snapshot of why people vote for Republicans. They think you're a lunatic and unhinged. New flashs, literally everyone besides extremist think bio men should not compete with bio women.

You're useful to Republicans is what is meant. I doubt you care, even if you had the self-awareness.

Newsome is a fascist now? Russian bot

I think Newsome is playing to win as he has been historically pretty slick politically. He will have to do better than his premier episode. I do appreciate him mentioning the unfairness regarding trans sports. Play to win Newsome!

@adamkinzinger.bsky.social do you expect the Senate to not vote for it? The Republicans seem to be setting a trap as the bill was rather straightforward from what I read. How do you weigh the politics and the raw economic risks in this situation? Pushing back seems to risk mirroring incompetence.
