I had surgery last summer, i definitely remember the frustration of being unable to lift/walk/have energy. It's worth it to take it slow, though. 😩

Most of my clients are excited, but also I am a grown ass adult and being treated like I'm still a teenager is. Disrespectful to me, and frankly any young person, to assume that they couldn't choose to learn this stuff.
