My Sunday started with an ⏰ at 1.30am to get into town for a 10k race. Home by 6am and then back to bed for a couple of hours. My body clock is all over the shop 🥴 but it was worth it. Very enjoyable...sort of 🥵

The parent support at the international school sport tournaments is great to see. It is joyful and wholehearted 🤩 However I have chosen not to go in for the parent t shirts with my daughter's name on the back....but I have a feeling my wife has ordered me one 🤣🤣🤣
