40% of the world's dirty money is laundered through London and UK Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies. The govt can combat it with Unexplained Wealth Orders (UWO). Since 2017, only SEVEN UWOs have been issued. ZERO prosecutions and convictions. Contrast it with attacks on little people.
