It's the best possibly strategy. If every progressive completely ostracized every Republican they know there's nothing which would be more effective in causing any remotely reachable Republican to open their eyes. As long as people keep placating them the message sent is opposition is just rhetoric

What if my cause is telling 78 million Republicans to burn in hell for eternity.

Every decent human being working for ABC in any capacity should walk. ABC would collapse in a day. ABC would not even be able to go on the air. My mistake is assuming any decent human beings work for ABC. Because it there were any they'd have already walked. Yet I'm told the MSM is liberal.
comment in response to post
Consider this. The popular myth is the MSM is liberal. There is zero evidence of that. The employees of the media companies could completely destroy their employers in one day if they all walked. Instead they do nothing other than continue to supply a platform for Republican lies.
comment in response to post
He should resign immediately and all decent human beings working in any capacity for ABC should as well. ABC would have to shut down. ABC could not possibly remain on the air without it's employees. None of them will though because they are all scum of the earth trash.

In case it's not obvious enough "their job" is acting as a propaganda megaphone for Republicans.

There is no person who has ever lived whose appearance and behavior screams "pedophile who likes boys" louder than Johnson's.
comment in response to post
Absolutely correct. Jail the employers in El Salvador and the supposed problem would be solved in one day.
comment in response to post
The media is completely worthless. I assume this corporate media jackass hopes people watching will think he is doing his job as a reporter. Sadly his real job is supplying a forum for Republicans to lie. Did he immediately ask Johnson what the purpose of a silencer is?

They aren't meeting their quotas because they are targeting small shopping-retail-dinning areas in Blue States rather than going after industrial farms and slaughterhouses in Red States. This isn't even about immigration. It's about attacking Blue States.
comment in response to post
Imagine if the Dodgers (or even just Mookie Betts) said, "Get out this is our fucking city" instead of running to kiss Trump's ass.
comment in response to post
Particularly when rather than going to Red States where there are chicken plucking plants and industrial farms they terrorize upscale shopping and dinning districts in Massachusetts.
comment in response to post
This is how the NYT gives itself away to anyone paying attention. The headline would accuracy be: ICE AGENTS IN LA ATTACK PEACEFUL PROTESTORS.
comment in response to post
Imagine the cultural impact if Mookie Betts protested instead of shaking Trump's hand. Cultural leaders are not only failing us it seems they are vile Republican trash.

The trouble with police is a person has to be twisted and sick to even think about wanting to be a police officer. There's something deeply wrong with that kind of person even before they join the force.

Sub-animal cancers.

Agreed. Just about every racist and person who thinks trans people are a problem are already voting and going to vote for the Bigot Party. There is no way those types are ever going to vote for a Democrat. 80 million didn't vote because, "It makes no difference. Both Parties are the same."
comment in response to post
The racist is never going to vote for the "slightly less racist." The people to reach out to are the 80 million who didn't vote because, "It makes no difference. Both parties are the same." "Centrist" (actually hard right) strategy reinforces the "Both are the same" mindset.

Needs to be organized. Recall the "Million Man March" ? I could not go because I have no money to travel. I've never owned a car and go everywhere on a bicycle. Been doing that for going on 70 years. There are over six million people in the DC metro area.

The largest protests need to be focused on Trump and other Republicans. Make their lives hell. Get 100,000 people chanting "Fuck Off SHIT" during Trump's birthday parade. Surround Mar-a-Lago with 100,000 shouting through bullhorns. Find out where Mike Johnson lives and descend by the thousands.

As if congress people work at all. Most of them don't even read.

Even Harris made that mistake by laughing at Trump's evil remarks during the debate. Laughing trivializes evil and makes it seem not particularly serious.
comment in response to post
What's wild to me is people sit there with him. No decent person would be in the same room with trash like Jennings. The thing to do is completely ostracize him.
comment in response to post
It's a huge mistake to sit there with Jennings and laugh and joke. The guy is evil and should be called out to his face in the most direct and blunt way.

Please overlay this on 2024 Trump vote totals.

Let's hope so. Weird Trump and Musk have both gone silent. Maybe they took away Trump's phone and Musk has a Ketamine coma.
comment in response to post
People say Trump is holding the cards but we don't know if Musk might actually have some cards. Possibly hard information re. Trump-Epstein or actual electronic vote manipulation.

She still isn't being nearly hostile enough. Republicans (ever last one of them) should be treated with extreme hatred and contempt. They are all evil incarnate.

From this point forward when Democrats question Republican liars Democrats should always say, "I'm not here to provide a forum for your lies. You can go on CNN and Fox for that."
comment in response to post
Total slam dunk. Citizen standing on a public sidewalk arrested by masked goons. Unmask the goons. Seize their cell phones. Odds are strong several were Jan. 6th traitors who were on the phone with Habba-Homan-Miller.
comment in response to post
Please. When questioning Republicans and they begin spewing lies cut them off and say, "I'm not here to provide you a forum to spread lies. If you want to do that you can go on CNN or FOX."
comment in response to post
One thing all Democrats should do from here forward when Republicans lie is to cut them off saying, "I'm not here to provide you a forum to tell your lies. If you want to do that you can go on CNN or FOX."

The NYT is evil. Period. It's that simple. No news organization has done greater harm.
comment in response to post
None of these opinion pieces mean anything. The poison which is the NYT comes in the form of it's narrative building. Headlines, placement, repetition in the "hard news" front section and particularly the front page.
comment in response to post
But how will anyone know what to think without watching CNN? The Cable NARRATIVE Network.
comment in response to post
Look I don't like the clown either but could you at least get his name right?
comment in response to post
The process is a little different at the NYT where Satan writes the headlines.
comment in response to post
The NYT as a whole is evil. Even the good reporters are just used as camouflage to hide the agenda made so obvious by the narrative building. Haberman is not one of the good reporters. And I don't think she is making mistakes. It's all by design all calculated.

78 million Republicans are evil incarnate. End of story.

Never underestimate the naivety of some people. I recall people in the '70s calling Kirby a "paranoid."

To be fair this is like shooting fish in a barrel.

Love seeing this, an open and shut case.

Can't be said often enough. Deep down in their heart Trump voters are simply bad people. Trump didn't make them what they always have been. They adore Trump because he is saying what they want to hear. Lee Atwater had it 180° wrong and Trump proved that.
comment in response to post
It's more like they recognize evil and run to embrace it.
comment in response to post
BTW. Why is this horses ass jerking around like he's amped up on cocaine?
comment in response to post
A perception shaped completely by the MSM. Any contention Republicans represent or work for the middle class is laughably absurd. It's the MSM which has a messaging problem. Constant promotion and amplification of Republican lies with little or no fact checking.
