Definitely critical of the response I received. My initial outreach was to just ask for an explanation for her vote.

I wasn’t critical of her, I asked for clarification of why she voted for a Republican-backed bill and explained that as one of her voters, I was unhappy with that decision.

I’ve done stuff in classes to try and explain funding/grants, b/c students tend to view everything as “I can’t believe my tuition paid for that.” A college I was at got a small local grant to do a community project & many students didn’t know there are other revenue sources besides tuition.

Michigan's endless supply of 90s/00s wide receivers with the absolute coolest and most perfect wide receiver names will never be beaten.

My 14-year-old got asked for a signature for a school trip thing and he had a look of absolute terror when staring at that signature line, trying to figure out if he knew enough cursive to even do it.

Draymond is a good example of this point. His first handful of TV appearances, he was excellent at analyzing and explaining nuances of the game, esp. defensive strategies. He's pivoted now because he knows having a take/making people mad = more longevity in NBA media.

Instead, he paid for some water filter systems in schools that couldn't even be installed easily because the schools/plumbing was so old. But shout out to Dr. Sullivan and some other engineers from Kettering University for stepping in and installing them after Elon did his photo-op and bailed.

Haha, she was dating the Akroyd of the two and I just remember thinking his friend, the Belushi, was way cooler and I wished she was dating him instead.

Anyway, I wrote about all this last week, there's nothing much new to say about it I guess. I also believe that people who want more from this country and care more for each other outnumber the people trying to make all that impossible, and that we'll outlive them. defector.com/billionaire-...

So jealous of those Bad Boys pennants!

McDonald Rivet ran ads with Trump supporters in them though, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this type of response from her team.

For any Democrat in Congress, it is actually very simple what your voters expect you to be in this climate: a vocal and consistent opposition party. This should not be a mystery!

It DOES. I’ve coached girls hoops for four years now, and they’re waaaay feistier than boys teams I used to coach.

Also, just put him in the NBA dunk contest this year. He’s played close to the same number of NBA games Mac McClung has, just add him.

I have a friend in the same boat, would love to sell it but can't yet. But I always tell him, "hey ... at least it's not a Cybertruck!"

My dad was a union rep in a factory near Flint and he definitely had stories about this happening at his shop too.

Haha, yeah, Beasley tries harder on defense than I thought he would, but there are probably four guys I would’ve rather seen end up on Trae on that possession.

They did a good job of forcing a switch, Ausar started out on him on that possession and couldn’t switch back. Trae hunted Beasley on that one.

He fully cemented himself as a “Detroit” guy with that.

WIRED is covering federal government chaos as thoroughly as any media outlet, and their print and digital subscriptions are cheap. I put the money I used to waste on Amazon Prime toward WIRED & Rolling Stone and still have $ left to bid on 1990s NBA jerseys on eBay. www.wired.com/v2/offers/wi...
