Note that they're targeting weight loss meds like Ozempic, made by Novo Nordisk of Denmark. They've made so much on the drug that it's boosted the GDP. And which country is part of Denmark? Greenland. This tees up a quid pro quo: sell us Greenland and you can keep selling O in the U.S., otherwise...

Here’s a handy map of all the US businesses, universities, institutions and others who receive USAID funding. Elon is calling them “radical left Marxist lunatics”. Tell the farmers!

Wow. I regret every penny I gave @gallego.senate.gov. Never again. I never thought he'd go over to the dark side Sinema style... and certainly not this quickly.

I wonder what Vance’s wife of Indian descent thinks of Elez’ post about normalizing Indian hate. Or if he cares.

What a co-inky-dink. That's the EXACT same condescending email that I got from @schiff.senate.gov when I called for him to step away from the podium and take action. I think the only actions he and his office staff are familiar with are copy and paste. We need heroes, not Nero's!

No need to bring in incels to find fraud. Just ask Sen. Rick Scott how to do it. When CEO, his company defrauded Medicare, Medicaid, and other programs. The DOJ won 14 felony convictions against the company, fined it $1.7 B in what was then the largest healthcare fraud settlement in U.S. history.

I saw a great quote from Salon journalist Amanda Marcotte, talking about right wingers from Tea Party to MAGA and their hatred and jealousy of liberals. "It’s like they will live in a mud hut as long as they can make you sit in a shit pile.

It only took Hitler 53 days after he took office, pardoned all the insurrectionists from his failed coup attempt years earlier, to topple the German government. dianeravitch.net/2025/01/20/t...

For the record, I'm gay and have never liked or trusted that MF. But for me, just calling him "Lady" or "cocksucker" lets him off the hook for his misdeeds too easily. People can attack him for his Trump flip-flop, his rotten policies, his MAGA votes. There's no shortage of substantive material.

I agree the focus should be on actions, not orientation, and I get the "gay person who betrays the gay community (even though he's disavowed it as "his own" and claimed he's not gay) deserves derision for his hypocrisy. It's my opinion that simply using slurs and nothing else is still "othering."

I agree it's not news and hasn't been for years, but it's easy and "funny" if people immediately diminish him about gay rumors. it's lazy go-to that further exacerbates the "gay = bad" trope. And it's often done by "allies."

Why are you afraid to mention that the shooter wrote that his biggest influence was Candace Owens? Nashville TV isn’t afraid to report it, why are you so cowed? www.newschannel5.com/news/newscha...
