Legitimate resources like Schreier are saying that the console was originally planned to release at least a year sooner but didn’t made sense then because of the success of the Switch 1 therefore it is not surprising that they were able to stock many more consoles than ever before in launch.

I honestly don’t know what these numbers are supposed to mean especially comparing it with Expedition 33, which reached a million sold copies „not only players“. In this case, it has to be Game Pass, since the game basically didn’t happen on Steam. Is 1 mil good for such a subscription service?
