I did read it. I could spot the 1973 referendum on highways but not the one on the metro. But nice paper anyway.

Yes, but the city initially planned a metro network (rejected in a referendum in 1973)
The city built a tunnel before. It is now used by trams. Since metro platforms are central and trams only have doors on the right-hand side, trams must run on the left-hand side there!
